Pricing questions

How do I pick a tier?
Each tier is set by how many active staff and volunteers your venue trains. Go over your tier's cap and you can upgrade at any time. Your existing staff and training records carry over. Start on the tier that fits today; you're not locked in.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Every tier is a rolling monthly subscription with no minimum term. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Does training cost extra per staff member or volunteer?
No. Training is included for every active staff member or volunteer up to your tier's cap. Whether they need ten or a hundred, the monthly price doesn't change inside a tier.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 7 days free with full access. During the trial your staff cap is 10. Pick a tier and subscribe to lift it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your PPP document and training records stay accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything before then.
